TMBThanchart Bank Public Company Limited (SET: TTB) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that following the reports of a potential merger between TTB and Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (SET: KTB), the company has clarified that the company is not currently undertaking any merger transaction. In addition, TTB has no plans to pursue any merger with other banks in its 5-year business plan.
