B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that B.Grimm BeyondBridge Limited (formerly known as Smart Clean System 3 Limited), a 100% subsidiary of BGRIM, has established a joint venture with Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (SET: INET), details of which are as follows:
The joint venture, called B.Grimm INET Limited, was established to develop, invest in, operate, and commercialize digital infrastructure, digital solutions, data infrastructure, and related technology platforms—including but not limited to digital energy management, smart industrial solutions, and tech-enabled infrastructure—as well as any other related businesses.
B.Grimm INET has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares, of which 51% of registered capital is held by B.Grimm BeyondBridge, while 49% is held by Mandala Communications Company Limited, a subsidiary of INET.
Currently, the demand for digital solutions in the industrial sector is surging significantly, aligning with the strategy of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) to develop Smart Industrial Estates across all 81 industrial estates, encompassing over 5,471 factories nationwide, to elevate them to international standards.
To achieve this, the IEAT has set a direction to upgrade fundamental infrastructure—including but not limited to utilities, energy, information technology (IT) systems, and the internal economies of the estates—where B.Grimm INET will develop comprehensive digital infrastructure and solutions, such as smart energy and utility management, greenhouse gas (GHG) tracking platforms, cloud security systems, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
