Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC), has reported a change in his securities holdings to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) via Form 59.
According to the filing, Mr. Sarath executed a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of ADVANC at an average price of THB 372.00 per share on August 18, 2026. The total value of the transaction stands at approximately THB 372 million.
Following this transaction, Mr. Sarath holds a direct stake of 1,000,000 shares in the company, having previously held no direct personal shares prior to the buy-in.
The trade was conducted on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) through the main board’s Auto Matching execution system, brokered via Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited.
