Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (mai: JPARK) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that after the executive committee on August 19, 2026, had resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary, following the Board of Directors’ proposal.
The new subsidiary was established to provide advisory service and investment. The establishment is expected to be complete within September 2026, with a registered capital of not exceeding THB 10 million, consisting of not more than 100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share.
The objective of this subsidiary is to expand JPARK’s business channel and increase revenue sources.
