Stecon Group Public Company Limited (SET: STECON) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, on August 24, 2026, Stecon Power Co., Ltd. (STECP), a direct subsidiary in which the company holds a 99.99% stake, increased its shareholding in Nova Founders Co., Ltd. (NOVA), an indirect subsidiary in which STECP holds a 62.5% stake, for the purpose of undertaking a solar power plant project in Chanthaburi Province.
In this regard, STECP acquired 47,850 ordinary shares of NOVA at a purchase price of THB 100 per share, totaling THB 4,785,000, from Nova Founders Holding Co., Ltd., which has no relationship with and not a related person of the company. As a result of this acquisition, STECP’s shareholding in NOVA increased from 62.5% to 100%.
Accordingly, the increase in the shareholding in NOVA is in line with the strategic plan to restructure the investment to enhance appropriateness and efficiency. Following the increase in the shareholding in NOVA, the total investment amount for the project will not exceed THB 71 million.
Nova Founders Co., Ltd. is a company registered in Thailand. Its core business involves manufacturing, distributing, trading, importing, exporting, designing, surveying, installing, constructing, repairing, maintaining, and providing services related to power generation systems from all types of energy sources.
