Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: CGH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026, which approved the disposal of all investments in Pi Securities Public Company Limited (Pi) and Top Trader Co., Ltd. (TT), the company has successfully completed the disposal of its shares in Pi to Webull Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (WBH) on September 1, 2026.
The company has transferred a total of 1,578,884,083 shares in Pi, representing 90.98% of the total issued and paid-up shares of Pi, to WBH and has received the consideration for the disposal of such shares in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the share sale and purchase agreement.
On August 10, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026 has approved the disposal of all investments in Pi and TT, comprising the disposal of a total of 1,578,884,083 shares, representing 90.98% of the total issued and paid-up shares of Pi, and a total of 885,666 shares, representing 55.99% of the total issued and paid-up shares of TT, to WBH, which is not a connected person of the company.
