Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (SET: CPF) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has established a new subsidiary in Cambodia to engage in the food products trading business.
Kraya Food Co., Ltd., was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of C.P. Cambodia Co., Ltd., (CPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of CPF, with a registered capital of KHR 200 million or approximately THB 1.64 million.
