BCPG Public Company Limited (SET: BCPG) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it has received a letter from the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) requesting documents related to the company’s investment in an oil terminal and jetty project in Phetchaburi Province, for DSI’s investigation.
The company is ready to fully cooperate with DSI and relevant authorities. At present, no conclusion or ruling has been issued by any relevant authority on this matter.
BCPG reaffirmed its commitment to managing the company’s business under strong corporate governance principles. The company emphasized the importance of good governance, the best interests of shareholders and all stakeholders, compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and accurate and appropriate disclosure to shareholders, investors, and stakeholders. If there are any material developments that meet disclosure requirements, the company will disclose them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
At present, BCPG’s business operations continue as usual. The company has not identified any material impact on its financial position or operations from this matter.
