Thailand’s SET Index closed at 1,598.03 points, increasing by 13.88 points or 0.88%, with a trading value of THB 68.45 billion. The analyst stated that the Thai stock market climbed, with the key driver coming from Fitch Ratings upgrading the country’s credit outlook from Negative to Stable. This bolstered foreign fund inflows and market sentiment toward the banking sector.
Furthermore, buying interest in the electronics sector following tech rallies in Asian markets also supported the Thai benchmark.
For tomorrow, the analyst expects the Thai market to move sideways within range.
