Mesuk Solutions pcl (HAPPY26), a developer and property manager specializing in warehouse and ready-built factory space, will be listed and start trading on the LiVE Exchange (LiVEx) on September 23, 2026. The IPO proceeds will be channeled toward expanding its real estate development portfolio for sale and lease, scaling up manufacturing capacity, retiring existing debt, and bolstering working capital.
LiVEx President Prapan Charoenprawatt announced that HAPPY26 will be listed and start trading on the LiVEx under the ticker symbol “HAPPY26” on September 23, 2026.
HAPPY26 develops and manages warehouse and ready-built factory properties in Bangkok, the Greater Bangkok area, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The company operates across three business segments: (1) warehouse and factory installation services using prefabricated components, (2) real estate investment, development for sale and lease, and property management services, and (3) construction materials and equipment distribution. Its main clients include SME operators, construction contractors, and project developers and landowners.
HAPPY26 Chief Executive Officer Chalerm Thongsuk stated that the company is committed to becoming a comprehensive real estate development and management provider, with strategies designed to strengthen its competitive capabilities, support sustainable growth, and elevate operational quality. The funds raised will be used to expand real estate development investment for sale and lease, increase production capacity, repay debt, and as working capital.
