Recently, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (SET: TOP) received its fourth certification as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). The certification is valid for three years, from 2026 to 2029.
This certification reflects Thaioil’s concrete efforts to combat corruption through the establishment of policies, practices, and governance systems, as well as initiatives to raise awareness and encourage employee participation in conducting business with integrity and transparency.
Furthermore, Thaioil has achieved another significant milestone by attaining 3-star “CAC Change Agent” status, the highest level of recognition under the program. This status is awarded to companies that successfully extend good governance and transparency practices to their suppliers and business partners. Thaioil has encouraged its suppliers to join the CAC and has provided support and guidance to interested suppliers in preparing for the CAC membership assessment.
These achievements reflect Thaioil’s commitment to extending transparent business practices from within the organization to its business network. They also reinforce the Company’s adherence to good corporate governance and anti-corruption principles, while contributing to a strong and sustainable business ecosystem.
