Deloitte Thailand (‘Deloitte’), a leading professional services firm with multidisciplinary expertise, together with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (‘BMA’), today announced the completion of an enhancement project at Lumpini Park, supporting the improvement of one of Bangkok’s most valued public spaces and reflecting Deloitte’s long-standing commitment to Thailand and its communities.
To mark the completion of the project, Deloitte has brought its Green Dot sphere to the heart of Lumpini Park, taking centre stage in the middle of the lake as part of a week-long installation. Measuring 10 metres in diameter, the installation highlights Deloitte’s contribution to the park and its broader commitment to supporting communities through its brand, expertise and capabilities. It serves as a visual reminder of the important role parks and public spaces play in fostering healthier, more liveable cities.
The installation also reflects Deloitte’s long-standing commitment to Thailand and its continued investment in supporting the country’s economic development, businesses, communities and talent.
At the heart of the initiative is the restoration of a pedestrian bridge, providing visitors with a more convenient pathway between key areas of the park and easier access to facilities and amenities. The project aligns with several objectives under BMA’s Development Strategy for 2026 and supports its ongoing efforts to preserve and enhance Bangkok’s green spaces for millions of residents and visitors who enjoy them each year.
It extends beyond the bridge restoration. Additional improvements include upgraded lighting, refreshed landscaping and enhanced seating areas. Together, these enhancements create a safer and more welcoming environment where people can exercise, relax and connect with nature in the heart of Bangkok.
Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok said, “The collaboration between BMA and Deloitte reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful, long-term impact for the people of Bangkok. The project will help improve accessibility, connectivity and safety within Lumpini Park, enabling the public to access and make greater use of the park’s facilities and amenities. By enhancing the park’s infrastructure and landscape, the project will further strengthen Lumpini Park as a high-quality public space that supports a wide range of recreational, cultural and community activities, while contributing to a more liveable and inclusive Bangkok.”
Dr. Metinee Jongsaliswang, Country Managing Partner, Deloitte Thailand added, “Lumpini Park is one of Bangkok’s most cherished public spaces and an important part of the city’s social and environmental fabric. Through this collaboration with BMA, we are proud to support an initiative that delivers lasting benefits for residents, visitors and future generations.
“At Deloitte, we believe that being part of Thailand’s growth means contributing not only to its businesses and economy, but also to the communities where we live and work. As we continue to grow alongside Thailand, we want to play our part in creating a stronger, more sustainable and inclusive future for the country and its people.”
The completion of the project coincides with Deloitte’s Southeast Asia Partner Conference in Bangkok. As part of the event, more than 400 Deloitte partners, employees and representatives from BMA participated in a fun run around Lumpini Park earlier this morning, providing an opportunity to experience the enhanced park environment firsthand, while promoting health, wellbeing and community engagement. The activity also reflected the spirit of collaboration that connects Deloitte’s regional network of sector and technical specialists, bringing together people, expertise and perspectives to share knowledge and contribute to the communities where we live and work.

Mr. Eugene Ho, Chief Executive Officer, Deloitte Southeast Asia, said, “Thailand is a key part of Deloitte’s long-term growth and investment strategy across Southeast Asia. Our ambition is to be the world’s most global local firm, bringing together our global expertise and deep local understanding to support Thailand’s economic growth and development. Putting people first is central to how we operate and supporting the communities where we live and work is an important part of that commitment. As we continue to invest in the region, we remain committed to bringing our people, knowledge and capabilities together to create positive impact.
“Southeast Asia’s future will be shaped by economies that are sustainable, collaborative and well-connected. Our contribution to Lumpini Park is a tangible example of how businesses, governments and communities can come together to improve quality of life and strengthen resilience in Thailand.”
