World Teams Up with Leading Partners to Build Safer Digital Future for Thailand

Tools for Humanity (TFH), the technology company building World ID—the digital proof-of-human for the age of AI—has joined forces with two of its key partners, the Thailand Digital Investment and Development Center (TIDC) and M Vision Public Company Limited (MVP), to host the first-ever World Day 2025 in Bangkok.

The event, held at SCBX NEXT TECH on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon, unveiled World’s bold vision and rapidly growing partner ecosystem. It also marked the official launch of strategic alliances with 11 major national partners, including COM7, JIB, National Telecom, IMPACT, Pantip, Gogolook (Whoscall), Eventpop, Zentry, Bitazza Thailand, Bitkub, and BINANCE TH. United under the theme “World, building trust in the Age of AI,” the initiative is led by Pakapol Thangtongchin (Max), Country Manager of Tools For Humanity Thailand.

World is a real human network that provides individuals with a digital proof-of-human for the AI era, developed by Alex Blania, CEO of Tools For Humanity, and Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI. Built by TFH, World’s mission is to create a digital infrastructure that is safe for humans and enables them to distinguish their online presence from bots—without compromising their privacy. Powered by Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) technology, World verifies that a person is a unique, real human without requiring identifiable personal data like name, phone number, email, or gender—ensuring maximum protection of user rights.

The event featured panel discussions with executives from local and global partners, who explored real-world applications of World’s technology to protect users from AI-driven threats and support the growth of a secure, transparent, and fair digital ecosystem.

World’s ecosystem is built on three key pillars: Orb, World ID, and World Chain.

1) The Orb: A state-of-the-art device that scans a person’s eyes and face to generate an anonymous, secure digital proof of humanness. In partnership with COM7 (BaNaNa), JIB, National Telecom, and IMPACT, World is expanding access to humanness verification services through the Orb across Thailand, reaching individuals not just in Bangkok but also in regional areas.

2) World ID: A digital proof-of-human. World ID is being integrated into real-world use cases by leading platforms to enhance privacy and security in digital spaces:

  • Pantip: Builds trust in online communities by confirming real users and preventing bots from spreading spam or manipulating discussions.
  • Eventpop: Prevents bots from hoarding concert tickets, ensuring real users get fair access to events.
  • Whoscall (Gogolook): Verifies that phone numbers are linked to real users, improving caller trust and reducing scams.
  • Zentry: Enhances bot prevention in gaming environments.

3) World Chain: The world’s first blockchain designed specifically for human verification. Thailand becomes the first country to pilot a collaboration with leading digital asset exchanges, including Bitazza Thailand, Bitkub, and Binance TH.

“World was created to empower people in the age of AI—offering a trusted way to build trust online and ensure humans remain at the heart of digital progress. World doesn’t know who a person is, only that they are human,” said Pakapol Thangtongchin, Country Manager of TFH in Thailand.

In a world where AI can increasingly mimic human behavior, World ID offers a new layer of digital armor—allowing people to prove they are real without ever revealing personal information. With Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) and Anonymized Multi-Party Computation at its core, World has verified over 27.4 million individuals across more than 20 countries.

In Thailand, users can complete Orb verification at 58 locations nationwide, including the World’s pop-up on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon, Bangkok. Find other available locations across the country via the “Find Orb” feature in the World App.
