  • Minor Hotels is designing a future-native platform for AI-driven hospitality, establishing the blueprint for more personalized, proactive and responsive guest experiences. Building on Google Cloud’s open and secure full-stack architecture, the platform unifies guest data across brands, regions and digital touchpoints, moving beyond simple AI-driven questions and answers to agentic orchestration. Grounded in this unified data, AI agents will reliably manage bookings, curate itineraries and resolve complex guest requests in real time.
  • In financial services, Bitazza needed a scalable platform to consolidate data from multiple exchanges, digital assets, fiat currencies, and external sources as transaction volumes and data complexity grew. The company developed a centralized data platform on BigQuery that accelerates financial statement creation by 75 percent, cutting the process from one year to three months. It also supports near-real-time regulatory reporting and allows the data team to build and run their own CI/CD pipelines without a dedicated DevOps engineer.
  • Wisesight, a Thailand-based social media analytics and marketing consultancy, is using Gemini on Google Cloud to analyze large volumes of social voice data and deliver intelligent insights to clients. Tasks across research, insight generation, and content creation that previously took around two days can now be completed in approximately 30 minutes—bringing faster insights and actions closer to the business.
