Rawee Boonsinsukh, CEO and President of BCPG Public Company Limited (SET: BCPG), disclosed that on July 14, 2025, the Company signed a share purchase agreement worth THB 211.6 million to invest in 32 solar rooftop projects, with total production capacity of 17.5 MW, through a 100% acquisition in Scan Advance Power Company Limited from Contorno Company Limited and Prompt Power Company Limited.
The investment marks a significant step for BCPG to expand its solar rooftop portfolio under the Private PPA scheme. This initiative aligns with the Company’s strategy to accelerate growth through sustainable investment. BCPG anticipates immediate revenue recognition following the completion of the transaction.
