For the three-month ended June 30, 2025, AOT generated net profit of Baht 3,864.80 million decreased by Baht 697.92 million or 15.30% compared to that of the corresponding period of the previous year. Revenues from sales or services decreased by Baht 1,061.86 million or 6.47% as a result of a decrease in aeronautical revenue of Baht 374.35 million or 4.78% and non- aeronautical revenue of Baht 687.51 million or 8.02%. Other income increased by Baht 459.90 million or 161.27%.
For FY3Q25, other income was at Baht 745.08 million, an increase of Baht 459.90 million or 161.27% compared to that of the same period of the previous year. The main reason came from an increase in receiving compensation for building use from an operator at Suvarnabhumi Airport. In addition, interest income increased by Baht 228.58 million mainly arising from an increase in default interest.
Non-aeronautical revenue of Baht 7,886.19 million decreased by Baht 687.51 million or 8.02% compared to that of the corresponding period of the previous year due to a decrease in concession revenues of Baht 621.79 million or 10.73% mainly due to a decrease in duty-free concession revenues. Moreover, service revenues decreased by Baht 152.34 million or 6.88% mainly arising from the decrease in limousine service and boarding facilitation charges.
Total expenses increased by Baht 519.97 million or 5.09% mainly due to an increase in employee benefit expenses, repairs and maintenance expenses, and depreciation and amortisation expenses, while finance costs decreased by Baht 56.03 million or 8.21%. Income tax expenses decreased by Baht 344.06 million or 29.29%, which was in line with a decrease in operating results.
