DITTO Reports 34% Profit Growth in 2Q25 with THB4.2 Billion of Backlog to Realize

Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: DITTO) has announced its 2Q25 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:

In the second quarter of 2025, DITTO achieved a new record high in both revenue and profit, reflecting the strong growth potential of its business segments and their ability to generate sustainable and consistent income.

The company had net profit of THB 168.22 million, an increase of THB 42.84 million compared to the same period of previous year, which was a 34% increase. This profit growth was primarily driven by revenues from sales and services amounting to THB 759.88 million, increased by THB 248.25 million compared to the same period of previous year, which was a 49% increase. In addition, dividend income amounting to 16.35 million Baht, increased by 10.46 million Baht compared to the same period of previous year, which was a 178% increase.

DITTO’s revenue growth was mainly driven from revenues of the distribution and provision of data and document management solutions, and cyber security system business amounting to THB 284.86 million, increased by THB 161.83 million compared to the same period of previous year, which was a 132% increase. The increase was primarily due to The Digital Title Deeds for Online Registration project, in which the company recognized revenue amounting to THB 78.96 million in this quarter.

Regarding the company’s backlog, as of 30 June 2025, the company had signed a project yet to realize revenues valued at THB 4,191.60 million (excluding provision of printers and sales of goods).

As for the update of significant project, the company has entered into the Mangroves Reforestation for Carbon Credit Project with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources in which the Company currently participates in total allocated areas for mangrove reforestation of 175,196.05 Rai, which can be categorized into two types of projects. First is the Mangroves Reforestation for Carbon Credit Project, while the second is the Mangroves Reforestation for Carbon Credit.

Moreover, the company is also in the process of preparing to issue and offer digital tokens (Initial Coin Offering: ICO) with a total offering value not exceeding THB 480 million.

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.25 per share to be paid on 12 September 2025 with an ex-dividend date on 27 August 2025.
