AMATA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: AMATA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 8/2025 has resolved to approve for Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company (ACLT), a subsidiary of Amata VN Public Company Limited (AMATAV) (the Company holds direct and indirect stake of 72.84%), to dispose 51% common shares of Amata Service City Long Thanh 1 Company Limited (ASCLT 1) and Amata Service City Long Thanh 2 Company Limited (ASCLT 2) to Nova Rivergate Company Limited (NRG) and Nharong Investment and Commercial Joint Stock Company (NRIC) for the value of $21.56 million and $24.58 million or equivalent to THB 702 million and THB 800 million, respectively.
The total value of the transaction is $46.14 million or equivalent to THB 1,502 million. Both of which are not connected parties of the Company. As a result of this additional 51% disposal of common shares from previous disposal of 49% common shares of both companies ASCLT 1 and ASCLT 2 per Reference, ASCLT 1 and ASCLT 2 will cease to be subsidiaries of AMATAV by the year 2026.
The reason for the divestment of all shares in ASCLT1 and ASCLT2 is that NRG and NRIC possess expertise in the development of residential real estate projects and commercial spaces in Vietnam. In addition, to enhance opportunities for collaboration. This presents a significant opportunity for business expansion, which is in line with the Group’s liquidity enhancement plan and long-term strategy.
