This year, True Corporation submitted over 97 innovations, with 7 teams presenting their works at academic sessions and 16 teams exhibiting practical, real-world innovations at the event. Notably, entries from 5 teams received the prestigious Chairman Awards, underscoring the diversity of True’s innovation—from elevating customer experiences and protecting society from cyber threats to supporting healthcare and environmental stewardship, including:
- True Dynamic Script: Transforms conventional “scripts” into customer-centric “conversations” with real-time content adaptation and DEMO Training.
- TrueVisions Subscription Data Analyst: Empowers TrueVisions to understand over 1.4 million customers better by leveraging AI for real-time data analysis, reducing working time from 150 minutes a day to just a few minutes.
- Intelligent Robot for Thyroid Cancer Radioactive Iodine Therapy: Reduces radiation risk to medical staff and elevates safety standards and treatment efficiency.
- True CyberSafe: Provides cyber protection for 60 million phone numbers with automated fraud threat blocking accuracy at 98.7%, and has prevented over 2.066 billion phishing link clicks—an average of 7 million per day.
- Genie (Green Energy Network Intelligence): AI-powered energy management for cell towers, saving more than THB 180 million in electricity annually, reducing carbon emissions and optimizing resource utilization.
Other notable entries include True Vision Now: AI Environment Monitoring, a system capable of detecting and alerting on fires anytime, anywhere via any IP Cam, which qualified for the Pitching Competition (Idea Seed) for future innovation projects.
Pinpointing a “Center of Excellence” as Thailand’s New Innovation Research Hub to Elevate to a Digital–AI Future
CP Group also launched its Center of Excellence (COE), an advanced innovation research center on the 2nd floor of True Digital Park (West Wing), hosting the Bio-Technology Lab and the Digital & AI Lab. The latter is designed to establish a collaborative ecosystem, connecting global partners, universities, government agencies, private sectors, and startups to accelerate Thailand’s digital economy transition.
The Digital & AI Lab features five innovative zones: Ideation Zone to spark creativity; Co-Creation Zone for co-working pods; Training & Learning Zone for upskilling through smart classrooms; R&D Deep Research Zone to turn ideas into real innovations via AI/ML and IoT robotics labs; and Experience Zone for hands-on engagement with the latest smart innovations, from Smart Stores to Smart Healthcare and Smart Home & Office. Modern technologies such as Cloud, AI, Robotics, 5G, IoT, and Blockchain will be integrated into flagship innovations, such as intelligent home robots, to address sector-specific challenges and maximize technology benefits.
