Frasers Property Showcases Social Value Creation Through Sustainable and Meaningful Real Estate Projects at SX2025

Another successful instalment of Sustainability Expo 2025 (SX2025), ASEAN’s largest sustainability fair, has concluded. The event showcased cutting-edge trends and innovations in sustainability across multiple dimensions, featuring experts who shared knowledge and experiences through diverse activities and workshops — sparking inspiration for people to co-create a better world.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: FPT), one of the co-founders of SX and a participant for six consecutive years, presented an exhibition showcasing its efforts in creating social value. The showcase highlighted outstanding projects that have delivered tangible value to society, brought to life through Augmented Reality (AR) technology that elevated the viewing experience and captured the interest of visitors across all generations.

The featured projects included real estate developments in Thailand and other countries that create comprehensive, functional spaces and generate value for people and the surrounding communities. Examples include:

  • The Grand Riverfront Ratchaphruek-Rama 5: a single-detached house, was the first in ASEAN to be certified with LEED Gold for green building standards. The project prioritises sustainable design that reduces energy consumption and uses environmentally friendly construction materials. It also features systematic management of dust, wastewater, and waste, alongside in-house features designed to enhance residents’ well-being, such as the Clean and Cool Air system, which filters PM2.5 particles and delivers high-quality indoor air.
  • One Bangkok Art and Culture: a project founded on the belief that art and culture possess the power to elevate the quality of life, connect people, and give meaning to the city. Within One Bangkok, the Art Loop is a two-kilometre art pathway showcasing sculptures, paintings, digital art, and public furniture seamlessly integrated into the landscape by renowned Thai and international artists.
  • Winnersh Triangle: a business park in the UK designed and managed with a focus on the physical and mental well-being of its users, fostering a happy and inclusive work community. The park allocates over 30% of its total area to outdoor exercise spaces and green areas, and offers engaging activities such as fitness classes, yoga sessions, and charity events. This commitment to well-being is recognised with the highest three-star Fitwel certification, an international standard for occupant well-being.

Beyond a booth packed with showcases of sustainable real estate development, an interactive activity proved especially popular: visitors designed digital avatars in their own style and shared sustainability ideas. These were displayed on a large LED screen—forming a meaningful collective image that combined everyone’s perspectives on the sustainable world they wished to build.

Meanwhile, the special panel discussion, “Enhancing Sustainable Living with Green Home Standards”, and the forum “Planet Shift 2025: Navigating the Crisis Towards the City of the Future” drew an overwhelming response. Top executives from Frasers Property, together with sustainability experts from both Thailand and abroad, shared valuable insights and experiences that proved highly beneficial for attendees. Participants were able to take away knowledge to apply in their daily lives or even in their own businesses, creating tangible positive impacts.

Frasers Property is committed to driving its business with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), forging partnerships with various organisations to create sustainability through diverse collaborations. This includes participating in SX, a significant milestone in its ongoing journey to be a driving force in creating a balanced and sustainable world.
