Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SUPER) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 7 October 2025, Super Wind Energy Co., Ltd. (SWE), the company’s subsidiaries, entered into a share purchase agreement with conditions precedent for the disposal of 100% of the total shares in HBRE Gia Lai Wind Joint Stock Company (GL) to Levanta Vietnam Pte. Ltd. (LVPL) and Levanta Holding 2 Pte. Ltd. (LH2PL) (collectively referred to as the Levanta Group)
Currently, both parties are in the process of fulfilling the conditions under the share purchase agreement for Transaction I. Once the conditions under the share purchase agreement are fulfilled by parties and the share transfer is completed, the company will report further progress accordingly.
