The awards haul reflects the company’s excellence in developing and caring for its people, who serve as vital contributors to driving sustainable growth and long-term success for the company.
The Asia Awards 2025, organised by Business Media International (BMI) — a leading Asian business media and events organiser, and HR Asia, a top publication in human resource management, conferred four awards on FPT:
- Best Companies to Work for in Asia – third consecutive year
- Most Caring Company Award – third consecutive year
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award – second consecutive year
- Sustainable Workplace Award – second consecutive year
In addition, FPT also stood out at the HR Excellence Awards Thailand 2025, organised by Singapore’s Human Resources Online. The company received:
- Silver Award for Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing
- Bronze Award for Excellence in Talent Management
