Shares of Light Up Total Solution Public Company Limited (mai: LTS) jumped 6% to THB 2.84 per share following the announcement of two significant contract wins totaling approximately THB 173 million, signaling strong growth momentum for the technology solutions provider.
GPU Rental Agreement Pivots to New Client
Light Up AI Solutions Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LTS, has entered into a one-year service agreement with Siam AI Corporation Co., Ltd. to lease eight NVIDIA GPU units. The contract, valued at approximately THB 32 million, will commence revenue recognition in 2025.
This agreement replaces a previously announced three-year arrangement with CMKL University that was terminated due to issues on the university’s side. The company successfully redirected its GPU rental services to Siam AI Corporation, demonstrating operational agility in the growing AI infrastructure market.
Five-Year Education Technology Contract
In a separate announcement, LTS disclosed a substantial five-year contract with the Sukhothai Secondary Education Service Area Office. The agreement, signed on November 14, 2025, is valued at THB 141.24 million (inclusive of VAT and related expenses).
The project, titled “Anytime, Anywhere Basic Learning Promotion Project,” will provide educational equipment services for teachers and students, positioning LTS in Thailand’s expanding education technology sector.
