CKPower Achieves “Excellent” CGR Rating for Eighth Consecutive Year in 2025

CK Power Public Company Limited or CKPower (SET: CKP), one of the region’s largest producers of electricity from renewables with one of the lowest carbon footprints, has been awarded a 5-star rating, or “Excellent” level, in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2025 (CGR 2025), marking its eighth consecutive year of achieving the highest governance score.

The assessment was conducted under the Corporate Governance survey project by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD), with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This “Excellent” rating underscores CKPower’s strong commitment to conducting its business in accordance with principles of good corporate governance, with transparency and accountability at every level.

The company’s governance practices span the entire value chain, ensuring effective management across all operations and aligning with its sustainable development efforts in all dimensions—environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

The CGR assessment aims to elevate the corporate governance standards of Thai listed companies to international benchmarks, promote transparency, and enhance investor confidence to support the sustainable growth of Thailand’s capital market. In 2025, a total of 844 listed companies participated in the CGR assessment.
