Daol Securities stated that FTSE will use today’s closing prices for the Rebalance in the FTSE SET Index Series Semi-Annual Review, with THAI shares being included in the FTSE SET Large-Cap Index and AWC shares being moved to the FTSE SET Mid-Cap Index.
The brokerage anticipated that, apart from seeing the entry and exit of shares in each FTSE class leading to more movement than usual, there may also be increased trading volumes for large-cap stocks linked to the FTSE SET Index.
