Foxconn, the world’s leading contract electronics manufacturer, announced a record fourth-quarter revenue fueled by surging appetite for artificial intelligence products.
The Taiwanese company, a key server supplier to Nvidia and the largest iPhone assembler for Apple, saw revenue rise 22.07% year-on-year to NT$2.6028 trillion, topping analyst estimates, the company said Monday.
The reported figure surpassed the NT$2.418 trillion LSEG SmartEstimate, which weights more accurate analyst projections.
Foxconn noted that revenue for the period was significantly higher on both a quarterly and annual basis, outperforming expectations and establishing a high comparison base for the first quarter of 2026. In U.S. dollar terms, revenue growth for the quarter was 26.4%, said the company.
The electronics firm attributed its robust performance to the expansion of its cloud and networking products division, underpinned by strong demand for AI-related offerings. However, the smart consumer electronics unit, which encompasses Apple’s iPhones, recorded a modest revenue dip attributed to unfavorable currency movements.
For December alone, Foxconn reported revenue of NT$862.86 billion, surging 31.77% from a year earlier and marking an all-time high for the month.
Foxconn, officially known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, does not issue numerical forecasts. The company is scheduled to release its full fourth-quarter earnings in March.
