Mono Next Public Company Limited (SET: MONO) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the establishment of a Joint Venture between Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. (MSM), a subsidiary in which the company holds 100% of shares through Mono Cyber Co., Ltd., Behemoth Capital Co., Ltd. (BHM), and Major Join Film Co., Ltd. (MJF), a subsidiary of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (SET: MAJOR). The total capital in the Joint Venture is THB 107 million, with MSM investing 75%. BHM and MJF will hold 15% and 10% stake in the joint venture respectively.
The Joint Venture for the Movie “Nakee 3 The Cursed War” was established to produce and distribute the aforementioned movie. This venture’s goal is to align with the company’s strategic plan by expanding business opportunities and generating revenue via joint film projects.
