Mr. Therdsak Thaveeteeratham, Managing Director of Asia Plus Securities, stated that the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index closed the morning session higher by 0.76%, or 10.21 points, at 1,356.44 points, supported by capital inflows into value stocks.
The Thai market has a relatively high number of value stocks, and thus benefited from this factor, rebounding against the declining trend in foreign stock markets.
At the same time, there is additional support from anticipation of Sunday’s election results, leading to buying pressure. However, it is still necessary to closely monitor the actual outcome.
The outlook for the SET Index in the afternoon is expected to continue fluctuating on the positive side, with resistance at 1,370 points and support at 1,330 points.

- Kasikornbank PCL (SET: KBANK): Trading value THB 1.84 billion, closed at THB 187.50 per share, down THB 2.50 or 1.32%.
- Advanced Info Service PCL (SET: ADVANC): Trading value THB 1.62 billion, closed at THB 370.00 per share, up THB 3.00 or 0.82%.
- PTT Exploration and Production PCL (SET: PTTEP): Trading value THB 1.47 billion, closed at THB 125.50 per share, up THB 0.50 or 0.40%.
- Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL (SET: DELTA): Trading value THB 1.35 billion, closed at THB 206.00 per share, up THB 4.00 or 1.98%.
- SCB X PCL (SET: SCB): Trading value THB 1.21 billion, closed at THB 136.50 per share, down THB 0.50 or 0.36%.
