- Life and Longevity Limited, a holding company for overseas investments, is to be dissolved on January 30, 2026, as the subsidiary is solvent and no longer conducting business.
- Asia Global Health Limited, a dormant company, is to be dissolved on January 30, 2026, as the subsidiary is solvent and no longer conducting business.
