AP Thailand Achieves THB20.6 Billion Presales in 1Q26, Targets 12 New Project Launches in Q2

Ratchayud Nunthachotsophol, President of AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: AP), revealed that in the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved presales as high as THB 20,645 million, reflecting genuine demand and customer trust, along with a strong financial stability.

Although the overall real estate market in the first quarter of 2026 continued to face ongoing challenges, AP saw opportunities and was able to create a new definition of quality of life based on the “Living Quality in Your Way” concept, delivering a “good life you can choose” through its various projects. These include single-detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhomes, and condominiums, targeting customer purchasing power, especially in the mid-to-high-range market segment, which continues to show clear positive signals.

For the second quarter of 2026, the company will continue as planned, preparing to launch a maximum of 12 new projects with a combined project value of THB 17,150 million, covering all segments to meet diverse demands. The proportion of new launches is as follows: the semi-detached and townhome group, targeting real demand, consists of 6 new projects under the brands “Baan Klang Muang,” “GRANDE PLENO,” “PLENO,” and “PLENO TOWN,” with a combined project value of THB 7,550 million.

In addition, there will be 3 new single-detached house projects under the brands “THE CITY” and “CENTRO,” with a total project value of THB 3.5 billion. There will also be 1 new condominium project in a high-potential location—“LIFE Sukhumvit–Rama 4,” valued at THB 4.5 billion baht—and 2 upcountry projects expanding the customer base, with a total project value of THB 1.6 billion, namely “ApiTown Hua Hin” and “ApiTown Saraburi”.

The three main highlights for the second quarter of 2026 will be:

1. The semi-detached and townhome group targeting new locations, led by three flagship projects: “PLENO TOWN Ekachai–Bangbon,” opening for VIP DAY sales on May 16–17; “Baan Klang Muang Sathorn–Kalapaphruek 2,” VIP DAY reservations open May 23–24; and “GRANDE PLENO Srinakarin–Thepharak,” VIP DAY reservations on May 16–17.

2. The new single-detached house projects, reinforcing AP’s market-leading position, introducing the new “Nature Architect” model, with VIP DAY event on three high-potential locations on May 30: “THE CITY Suksawat–Rama 3,” “THE CITY Serithai–Wongwaen,” and “CENTRO Sukhumvit–Bangna.”

3. New condominium in a prime location, re-energising the new condo market with the launch of “LIFE Sukhumvit–Rama 4.”
