FWD Music Live Fest 5 Gives Young Gen School Bands a Stage to Shine Alongside Leading Artists

Performing on a large concert stage alongside famous artists is an important experience and another step that helps make the dreams of music lovers clearer and more real. FWD Music Live Fest 5 was therefore organised as a stage of opportunity, opening space for Young Gen students from various school bands to showcase their talent and gain meaningful experience for their musical journey.

FWD Music Live Fest is an ongoing activity that brings our “celebrate living” brand to life through a brand experience strategy, allowing our brand to become part of people’s lives by using music experience as a medium to connect with young gen groups who love music and bring them together in an atmosphere of happiness, fun and living the life they love together. The event comes in the form of a free city-centre water concert celebrating Wan Lai. Another key highlight is the opportunity for school bands to perform on a large concert stage, helping young people practise, develop their skills and learn from real experience in performing before a large audience.

In – Peeryaporn Jairangsee, vocalist, and Zoom – Pongpira Prayoonphat, guitarist, both Matthayom 6 students from the DSRU band of Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School’s secondary division, said: “We passed the audition and practised very hard. Being able to go on a stage like this, play music in front of many people and stand on the same stage as artists we like is an important opportunity. It is an experience that inspires us to keep improving our skills.”

Blythe – Nannaphat Phumsiri, vocalist, and Ufa – Thanakrit Sriphanomwan, keyboardist, both Matthayom 4 students from the Woodstock band of Debsirin Romklao School, said: “We have a dream that we would like to play on a big stage at least once. Performing at FWD Music Live Fest 5 allowed us to learn about playing a concert in a festival atmosphere and to see the work of real artists up close. This stage opened up a great experience for us. We would like to thank FWD Insurance for giving students like us the opportunity to show our abilities this time.”

Meanwhile, Winnie – Marvin Wiriyayutma, vocalist, Matthayom 5 student, and Jingjing – Kittiphit Sangsittisathian, bassist, Matthayom 3 student, from the Mandrake band of Assumption school, said: “This is the biggest stage we have ever performed on and an important opportunity for students like us to prove our abilities and experience a real large concert stage, which is not something easy to find. Performing on the same stage as artists we like is a driving force that makes us want to develop our skills and go further.”

Ms. Pavarisa Chumvigrant, Chief Marketing Officer of FWD Life Insurance Plc., said: “FWD Music Live Fest is one of the brand experiences in which we use music experience as a medium to connect the brand with people. This stage was created to open opportunities for young people who love music to show their potential on a real stage and learn from shared experience with professional artists. Performing on the same stage as leading artists is an important step that helps develop skills and extend them towards future paths. We hope this stage will be a starting point for opportunity and another source of inspiration for people who love music.”
