KH Academy Launches ‘KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026’, Empowering Thai Students to Become New-Gen Corporate Leaders

KH Academy has launched the ‘KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026’ program, joining forces with nine leading partner organizations to open internship opportunities aimed at cultivating the next generation of corporate leaders.

Continuing its mission to enhance the potential of Thai youth, KH Academy’s practical summer training camp provides undergraduate students with real-world learning experiences through internships with top-tier companies in Thailand. The program is designed to develop leadership skills aligned with sustainable business practices, with a strong emphasis on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

Now in its third consecutive year, the KH Camp for Next C-Suite program is organized in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University. This year, 21 outstanding third- and fourth-year undergraduates from the faculties of Commerce and Accountancy, Engineering, and Law were selected to participate.

The students will intern at nine leading corporations: IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA), Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (TU), Baker & McKenzie Ltd., Kudun & Partners Co., Ltd., TTT & Partners Company Limited, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (KKP), TISCO Securities Co., Ltd., and Asia Plus Securities Co., Ltd.

The official opening ceremony for this year’s program was held on May 26, 2026, at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus. Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Founder of KH Academy, presided over the inauguration and offered words of encouragement to the participating students. He emphasized that the KH Camp for Next C-Suite is the academy’s flagship program designed to foster organizational leadership skills, practical perspectives, and visionary thinking among students and encouraged the interns to make the most of their two-month training by learning from experienced mentors at their host organizations to prepare themselves to become the next generation of corporate leaders.

The event also included remarks from Ms. Narita Adulkaewphaluek, Executive Director, Head of Investor Relations of PRTR Group Public Company Limited. PRTR, as an industry leader in human resource management, is a key supporting partner in this project, providing expert speakers to enhance students’ professional skills and knowledge in HR management.

Running over approximately ten weeks from May 26 to July 31, 2026, the KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026 begins with a four-day orientation (May 26–29, 2026). This orientation helps prepare the students for their leadership-track internships through foundational training delivered by experts from various organizations. Sessions from PRTR Group, led by Mr. Niran Seechaingsa (AVP – Outsourcing Recruitment Services) and Mr. Pongsaton Jivaganont (Recruitment Manager), covered practical skills such as resume writing, interview techniques with simulated workshops, and essential knowledge of Thai labor law and employment rights. Additional focus was given to building a growth mindset and effective teamwork, with training from Mr. Jirawat Nakhussadee (HRBP Manager), Ms. Pimporn Polprach (VP – HR Shared Services), and Mr. Jirakrit Roongjirajoj (Senior HR Client Services Manager).

A unique feature of this year’s camp is an upgraded skillset in ESG. Leading experts from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, including Mr. Sukij Kittiboonyanont (First Deputy Vice President-Corporate Sustainability Development) and Mr. Kitisak Suwannapasri (Senior Officer-ESG Infrastructure Development), provided in-depth instruction. Worapong Janyangyuen, D.B.A., Advisor to the Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Activities for BBA International Program, Thammasat University, also led sessions exploring how ESG considerations are shaping the business landscape.

The orientation concludes with a module on global business etiquette, presented by Mr. Adriano Quieti, Program Director of English Studies at Mahidol University International College (MUIC). Students received hands-on practice in effective verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation skills, appropriate business attire, and international dining etiquette. The workshops were hosted in the Prakaipetch Room at Asia Hotel, offering a real-world environment for skill application. Group presentations further refined students’ teamwork and public speaking abilities—preparing them for both organizational and entrepreneurial success.

Upon completion of the orientation, the 21 students will undertake internships at their respective host companies. The program culminates with a study trip to Vietnam, scheduled for July 28–31, 2026, aimed at broadening student perspectives on international business and investment within the regional private sector.
