Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: BCP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, today, Bangchak Hong Kong Holding Limited (BHK Holding), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company incorporated in Hong Kong, has completed a transaction to acquire 100% of the shares of Chevron Hong Kong Limited (CHK).
As a result, CHK has become a subsidiary of the company. The company will subsequently proceed to change the name of CHK to Bangchak Hong Kong Limited (BHK).
