KH Academy has further solidified its reputation as an incubator for Thailand’s future corporate leaders through the latest cohort of the ‘KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026’ program. Twenty-one outstanding university students, handpicked for their exceptional potential, recently participated in an intensive field study program in Vietnam, delving into regional economic structures and advancements in sustainable energy investment.
The initiative, led by Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Founder of KH Academy, forms part of the Academy’s commitment to fostering the next generation of executive leadership. The program’s culminating study tour, from July 28 to 31, 2026, took place in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province—one of Vietnam’s fastest-growing coastal economic hubs.
Participants explored both the trade and tourism sectors of the region and undertook a focused business study at the Phu Yen TTP Solar Power Plant, a flagship project of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) in Phu Yen. During the site visit, students received briefings from Mrs. Nguyen Kim Hai, Member of the Board of Directors of B.Grimm Power Vietnam, and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, People Partnership Manager, who offered insights into the company’s business operations in Vietnam. The itinerary included a technical tour of the plant’s operations control room and the solar panel installation zone, affording students practical perspectives on clean energy business models.
This international experience followed an intensive orientation and internship period in Bangkok, running from May 26 to July 31, 2026. The 21 students, selected from the faculties of Commerce and Accountancy, Engineering, and Law at Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University, began their journey with a rigorous four-day orientation. Experts from institutions such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), PRTR Group Public Company Limited, and Mahidol University International College (MUIC) equipped participants with essential knowledge on ESG principles, job application preparations, growth mindset cultivation, foundational labor law, and global business etiquette. The students then proceeded to join leading companies—IRPC, WHA Corporation, Thai Union Group, Baker & McKenzie, Kudun & Partners, TTT & Partners, Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, TISCO Securities, and Asia Plus Securities—for a hands-on internship experience.
The Vietnam study trip was joined by distinguished faculty members from both Chulalongkorn and Thammasat Universities, including Professor Dr. Sanya Mitaim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Thammasat University, and several senior lecturers in law, business, and engineering disciplines, who accompanied the group to observe and support the learning process.

A major highlight of the program was the Final Presentation Competition, held on July 30, 2026, at the Polaris Room of The Empyrean Nha Trang Hotel. Here, students summarized their internship experiences and business insights before a panel of respected university academics. Based on their presentations, three participants were selected as ‘The Most Outstanding Candidates 2026,’ earning the prestigious opportunity to take part in an international Business Exploration Program. The winners were announced during the closing ceremony later that evening in the Empyrean Ballroom. During this ceremony, certificates were presented to all participants by Mr. Chanchai Sanguanwong, Director of Kaohoon Turakij, with congratulatory remarks in the presence of prominent representatives from the business, academic, and media communities.

Mr. Burapha reinforced the broader purpose of the initiative, stating, “KH Camp for Next C-Suite is our flagship program aimed at shaping well-rounded organizational leaders among university students, equipping them with the perspectives and vision necessary to meet the business challenges of 2026 and beyond. Today’s job market seeks not only talented individuals but visionary leaders with strategic decision-making skills and a solid grasp of ESG frameworks. We are proud to see our students develop the analytical ability and problem-solving mindset expected of future C-Suite executives. This aligns with our goal of nurturing high-potential young talent to become key drivers of Thailand’s and the region’s future economic growth.”
