Thaicom Public Company Limited (SET: THCOM) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolutions of the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 10/2026, held on 6 August 2026, at which the board has resolved to approve the following resolutions:
1) The proposal to change the company’s name from “Thaicom Public Company Limited” to “Gulf Space Technology Public Company Limited”
2) The proposal to change the company’s seal to reflect the change of the company’s name.
3) The proposal to change the company’s securities symbol to reflect the change of the company’s name from THCOM to GST.
The changes shall take effect only upon the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026—set to be convened on September 15, 2026—resolving to approve the change of the company’s name.
