Kasikorn Securities (KS) wrote that Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (SET: KKP) has announced an interim dividend payment of THB 3.25 per share for the operating period of the first half of 2026. This represents a dividend yield of 2.8% based on the current share price, marking a significant increase of 117% year-on-year.
The payout ratio stands at 66% of the bank’s earnings for the first half of 2026, notably higher than the 50% payout ratio recorded last year. This increase is viewed positively by the brokerage, reflecting KKP’s improved approach to capital management.
Kasikorn maintains a positive outlook for the bank, forecasting a total dividend per share for 2026 at THB 7.46, which would imply an attractive dividend yield of 6.5%. A ‘Buy’ recommendation remains unchanged, with a target price set at THB 150 per share.
