Nawarat Patanakarn Public Company Limited (SET: NWR) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that after the company has filed a petition for business rehabilitation with the Central Bankruptcy Court, the court has accepted the company’s petition and scheduled the hearing of the judgment or order.
Following the hearing, the Central Bankruptcy Court issued an order for the rehabilitation of the company and appointed the company as the planner, according to NWR.
The company disclosed that it will closely monitor the progress of the business rehabilitation proceedings and will disclose material and significant information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Thai Bond Market Association, the bondholders, and relevant stakeholders in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
NWR filed a petition for business rehabilitation with the Central Bankruptcy Court on 29 May 2026. The court later issued an order accepting the company’s petition for consideration on 5 June 2026 and scheduled the hearing of the rehabilitation petition for 17 August 2026.
