Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (SET: TITLE), a subsidiary of AssetWise Public Company Limited (SET: ASW), has partnered with Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., one of Japan’s leading real estate developers and a long-standing investment partner of AssetWise.
The collaboration marks Tokyo Tatemono Group’s first investment venture in Phuket, extending the strategic partnership into the development of “voco Phuket Bangtao,” a premium hotel project. By combining Tokyo Tatemono Group’s real estate development experience with TITLE’s expertise in the Phuket market, the joint venture aims to expand its hospitality portfolio, generate long-term recurring income, and capitalize on Phuket’s growth as an international tourism destination. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.

Most recently, TITLE has entered into its first joint venture agreement with Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., one of Japan’s leading real estate developers, to jointly develop “voco Phuket Bangtao,” the first premium hotel under the voco brand in Phuket. Located in a prime area in the heart of Bang Tao, the hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.
