ASW Sets 2026 Revenue Target at THB12.5 Billion with Robust Backlog Bolstering Growth

Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited (SET: ASW), stated that in 2026, the company targets total revenue of THB 12.5 billion, growing 19% from the 2025 target of THB 10.5 billion. This growth will stem from revenue recognition from Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (SET: TITLE), a subsidiary in which ASW holds a 68.9% stake, acting as the developer of projects in Phuket with a total of THB 6 billion baht, while the remainder will come from ASW’s own operations.

Currently, ASW has a backlog worth over THB 32.86 billion (with TITLE accounting for THB 15.25 billion of that backlog), to be gradually recognized as revenue in 2026 at a value of THB 12 billion. The rest will continue to be recognized until 2027, reflecting its capability to generate income and drive long-term growth. The company also holds inventory worth around THB 11 billion. In 2026, there will be 11 newly completed projects ready for transfer of ownership, with a total project value of THB 26.76 billion.

ASW targets presales in 2026 of THB 18.5 billion and plans to launch 11 new projects totaling THB 17.55 billion. These are divided into five projects in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region with a combined value of THB 7.45 billion, and six projects in Phuket worth THB 10.1 billion. All necessary land for these developments has been secured. The company has also set a land acquisition budget of THB 2–3 billion for 2026.

For the first half of 2026, ASW will gradually launch three projects in Bangkok and its vicinity: 1. Kave Carnival Rangsit condominium, 2. Blessity Rangsit, a new low-rise brand, and 3. Wise House Rangsit shophouses—all under the Wise Park Rangsit mixed-use development on more than 60 rai.

In Phuket, the new projects cover prime locations such as Rawai Beach, Naiyang, and Kamala, and expand to new areas like Surin Beach and Koh Kaew. Highlights to be launched soon include Biancana Surin, Casa de Monte luxury pool villas in Koh Kaew, and THE TITLE Vivana Kamala, all set to debut this high season to cater to both Thai and foreign demand.

Recently, TITLE, a developer of Leisure Residence properties for sustainable living and investment, transferred its listing from the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) this January. This move reflects the company’s strong operational results, aligned with plans to welcome more institutional investors, helping stabilize share prices and support the continued and sustainable expansion of property projects in Phuket.

Additionally, ASW aims to create recurring income through its subsidiaries, strengthening long-term stability and connecting with consumer lifestyles. This includes integrated buy-sell-lease businesses for ASW housing projects via Asset A Plus, Health & Wellness ventures through WHB (such as Rocket Fitness and Vitala Physiotherapy Clinic), entertainment operations via Wisejai and ZAAP World for concerts and events, community mall development by Treasure M with Mingle Mall in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region and Phuket, as well as hospitality via TITLE, with The Salute Beach Restaurant at Naiyang Beach as the first beachside outlet in Phuket, expected to open in 2026, and voco Phuket Bangtao hotel, which is expected to commence operations in 2029.
