SISB Public Company Limited (SET: SISB) announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

SISB recorded a net profit of 208 million baht in 2021, increased 30.53% from a 160 million baht in 2020. The increase in net profit was due to the decrease in the direct cost, higher gross profit margin and decrease in administrative expenses of the company.
The revenue in 2021 was 1,071 million baht, which showed a flat growth when compared to a 1,068 million baht in 2020. Meanwhile, total expenses decreased by 5.64% to 841 million baht in 2021.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.10 per share to be paid on 22 April 2022. The ex-dividend date is 10 March 2022.
