PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) has announced a dissolution of an inactive subsidiary, namely PTTEP South Sageri Limited (PTTEP SS), effective on 30 December 2022 in order to improve operational efficiency and minimize administrative costs.
The company affirmed that the dissolution had no impact on PTTEP’s operations.
PTTEP SS opened petroleum business in Cayman Islands, having PTTEP holding 100% of shareholding.
