Bangkok Dusit Medical Service Public Company Limited (SET: BDMS) announced on Wednesday that it will establish a new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia to promote marketing, advertising and public relations activities.
The registered capital of 10,000,000 million baht, which the company holds 100% of the total shares.
