Teka Construction Public Company Limited (SET: TEKA) announced on Tuesday that it has been awarded a construction project from Continental City Company Limited a subsidiary of Noble Development Public Company Limited, resulting in the company having a backlog of approximately 3,150 million baht.
The newly acquired project is Nue Connex Condo Don Mueang, with the 8-storey condominium 1 building and 14-storey condominium 4 building.
The contract’s value is THB 954,000,000 (including VAT). The scope of work is structural engineering with architectural and building system engineering, with the period of construction is 16 months.
