WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA) announced on Tuesday that WHA Venture Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of the company, has established WHA KW 4 Company Limited as a new joint venture company.
The company’s objective is to operate a joint venture business, investment or co-investment, asset management and merger & acquisition.
The registered capital was THB 5,000,000 and the shareholding structure was 50% held by WHA Venture Holding Co., Ltd. and 50% held by KW Capital Co., Ltd.
