Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (SET: CPF) announced its 2022 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

CPF reported a net profit of 13,969 million baht in 2022, increased 7.23% from a net profit of 13,028 million baht in 2021.
The company recorded an increase of sales revenue by 20% in 2022 to 614 billion baht amid economic recovery in Thailand after the pandemic. However, the company recorded a decline by 85% in net foreign exchange gains. Meanwhile, the cost of sale of goods rose 20% to 532 billion baht. Total expenses rose 17.5% for the year.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a THB0.35 dividend payout to be paid on 25 May 2023. The ex-dividend date is on 8 May 2023.
