China Mobile International Holdings Limited has submitted a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), stating that the company has sold 2.6237% of shareholding in True Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TRUE), a listed-Thai telecommunication company, on March 17, 2023.
The trading range of TRUE on March 17 was between THB8.20 – 7.85 per share.
After the transaction, China Mobile will hold 7.8094% of the remaining shares in TRUE.
