SISB Extends to 3-Day Winning Streak with Projection of 30% Revenue Growth in 2023

SISB Public Company Limited (SET: SISB), a Thai-listed international school operator, continued to extend its gain in the Thai stock market on Monday.

 

Mr. Yew Hock Koh, Chief Executive Director of SISB, stated that the operation in the first quarter of this year would continue to grow due to an increase in student numbers. From year to date, the company welcomed an additional 157 students, raising its total number to 3,114 students, which is the highest among international schools in Thailand.

Moreover, the company will add more than one hundred students in the second quarter, and also benefiting from an increase in tuition fee by 5% since the end of the pandemic. The company is expecting to increase its tuition fee by 3-5% in the late third quarter of this year as well. The new adjustment will be realized in full in the fourth quarter.

The company expects to reach 3,700 students by the end of this year, which would support its revenue to grow 30% to 1,344 million baht as projected.

The five-year plan includes 8,000 of total capacity and a record 5,000 students. Total revenue is expected to reach 2,500 million baht by 2026.

 

The share price of SISB closed the morning session on Monday at THB 28.50 per share, increased THB 2.00 or 7.55%. It is on a three-day winning streak with a total gain of 14.5%.
