B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has announced the acquisition of subsidiaries in the United States of America via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
B.Grimm Power Service Limited, a 100% subsidiary of B.Grimm Power, has acquired a new subsidiary, incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States of America, with the details as follows;
The name of the new subsidiary is BGP Holding (US) LLC. The member’s capital contribution is USD 100 million (approximately THB 3,719.90 million), with 100% of membership interest held by B.Grimm Power Service Limited. The purpose of the acquisition is for BGRIM to be the holding company of BGP Holding (US) LLC, while the source of funds will be from B.Grimm Power Service Limited’s working capital.
In this regard, BGP Holding (US) LLC has a 100% subsidiary, BGP Holding (USA) Inc., incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States of America and operating an operation and maintenance service. As a result, BGP Holding (USA) Inc. becomes B.Grimm Power’s subsidiary.
