The company unveils its vision of ‘Pioneering Growth & Beyond’, enhancing the potential of districts and cities while driving Thailand’s economy onto the global stage.
CPN is spearheading landmark mega-projects nationwide and advancing Thailand toward becoming a Global Destination. Through ongoing marketing campaigns and the creation of festive landmarks, the company supports the country’s rise as a regional Tourism Hub, attracting international visitors year-round with world-class events and festivals.
Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, CFO and President, Hotel and Office of CPN, stated, “In Q1/2025, private consumption was primarily supported by the government’s “Easy E-Receipt 2.0” program and the initiatives to support the property business which will support to property sector since Q2/2025 onwards.
Amid these positive factors, CPN’s Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development strategy-a core strength of the company-has propelled its Q1/2025 performance to reached net profit of 4.22 billion baht – reflecting continued growth year-on-year and total revenue stood at 12.16 billion baht.
The strong revenue was driven primarily by the rental & services and hotel businesses, while the retail and hospitality segments, particularly Centara and Go Hotel, showed remarkable recovery. This performance underscores the resilience of Central Pattana’s business model and growing investor confidence as the economy steadily regains momentum.”

Accelerates strategic expansion of business portfolio.
CPN recently launched the Market Place Thepharak project on 28 March 2025, introducing a new concept, “Urban Fresh Market”-a new lifestyle hub in the heart of the Phahonyothin-Watcharapol area. Covering over 7,300 sq.m., the project features more than 360 stores, offering a full range of lifestyle experiences for residents of North Bangkok.
In parallel, the company continues to attract top global and Thai brands to expand their presence across Central shopping centers nationwide. Notable highlights include Nitori, Japan’s No.1 furniture brand, opening its first branch outside Bangkok at Central Pattaya and Central Si Racha, and POP MART, which launched its first store outside Bangkok at Central Pattaya as a pop-up store – followed by the debut of its first full-scale store in West Bangkok at Central Westgate.

Announcing the vision ‘Pioneering Growth & Beyond’, Central Pattana is moving forward with a long-term investment of 120 billion baht over the next five years (2025-2029) to develop mixed-use projects and transformative developments across all regions of Thailand.

The company is set to launch a series of transformative projects across the country, including three major new developments: ‘The Central’ Phahonyothin, a visionary mega project poised to become Bangkok’s next New CBD; ‘Central Northville’, a large-scale mixed-use destination in the heart of Nonthaburi; and ‘Central Khonkaen Campus’, the company’s second project in Khon Kaen, reinforcing its presence in the Northeast.
