GMM Grammy Public Company Limited (SET: GRAMMY) disclosed information through the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that its management structure will remain the same despite the recent big-lot transaction, representing 11.53% of paid-up shares.
SET has requested GRAMMY to make a clarification after the report of a big-lot transaction of 94.55 million shares at an average price of 6.00 baht per share, totaling 567 million baht. This process is known as a big lot, which usually leads to an alter in shareholder structure.
However, GRAMMY stated that its management remains unchanged and there is no filling of report form 246-2, which is required disclosure when big lot transactions are made. Nonetheless, the company promised to notify them of any development.
Regarding GRAMMY’s shareholders, Fah Damrongchaitham Company Limited and Mr. Thaveechat Jurangkool are the only two major shareholders eligible for this transaction due to their holding size.
According to data from March 20, 2025, Fah Damrongchaitham held 426 millions shares, accounting for 52.05% of paid-up shares. Meanwhile, Mr. Thaveechat held 134 million shares, accounting for 16.43%.
